Regarding taking action as per the amended provisions prescribed under the government decision dated 24.02.2023 regarding the implementation of the inheritance rights of sanitation workers in accordance with the recommendations of the Lad Committee.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Lad Committee, the amended provisions made under the government decision dated 24.02.2023 regarding the implementation of the inheritance rights of sanitation workers are applicable to cases pending before 24.02.2023
